Job description

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a highly experienced and safety-oriented Lead Captain for a fleet of three (3) Dassault Falcon 900 aircraft based out of Nashville International Airport (KBNA). This role is responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of all assigned flights, ensuring exceptional client services, and providing leadership and mentorship to other flight crew members. Position: Lead Captain Aircraft: Dassault Falcon 900 Operation: FAR Part 91; approximately 200 hours per aircraft annually. Responsibilities: - Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of Dassault Falcon 900 aircraft, operating domestic and international flights in accordance with FAA regulations. - Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, NOTAM review, performance calculations, and route optimization. - Monitor aircraft systems and performance during flight. - Communicate effectively with ATC, ground personnel, and passengers. - Complete all required flight documentation accurately and in a timely manner. - Provide leadership and mentorship to flight crew members and First Officers. - Participate in CRM training and promote effective crew communication. - Adhere to all Clay Lacy Aviation safety policies and procedures. - Actively participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS). - Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Requirements & Qualifications: - FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. - Type Rating: DA-900. - Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate. - Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time. - Minimum 2,000 hours PIC turbine time. - Minimum 1,000 hours PIC in multi-engine jet aircraft. - Minimum 500 hours PIC in DA-900 aircraft. - International experience preferred. - Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, FAA background check, and criminal history record check. - Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. - Residency within a reasonable drivable commuting distance of KBNA or willingness to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits

$250,000 – $290,000 per year (USD)
