Job description
Captain (PIC) on the Pilatus PC-12 NGX/PRO, based in Vienna (LOWW). Full-time position under an Austrian employment contract, starting 1 September 2026. Pilart Air operates private and business charter flights to over 2,000 destinations across Europe, with homebase in Wiener Neustadt. As Pilot in Command you are responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the Pilatus PC-12 NGX/PRO throughout Europe: - Acting as Pilot in Command in accordance with EASA regulations and Company SOPs - Ensuring the highest standards of flight safety, operational discipline and professionalism - Delivering exceptional customer service to aircraft owners and VIP passengers - Conducting comprehensive flight planning, operational risk assessments and post-flight reporting - Working closely with Flight Operations, CAMO, Ground Operations and Maintenance - Promoting a proactive Safety Management System and Just Culture - Maintaining all licence, medical and training requirements Minimum Requirements: - EASA ATPL(A) - Valid Class 1 Medical - Minimum 2,500 hours total time - Minimum 500 hours PIC on PC-12 - Current PC-12 NGX/PRO type rating preferred - Extensive VFR operating experience - Flight Instructor qualification considered an advantage - ICAO English Level 5 or higher - EU passport or unrestricted right to work within the European Union What is offered: - Starting salary from EUR 6,000 gross per month under an Austrian employment contract (depending on qualifications and experience) - Fixed 7 ON / 3 OFF - 7 ON / 4 OFF roster - Vienna (LOWW) base - Modern and highly capable Pilatus PC-12 NGX/PRO fleet - Long-term career development
