Solairus Aviation is searching for a Full-Time Gulfstream G450 Captain to join an operation at KSBA (Santa Barbara, CA) airport. Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for safe operation of the Gulfstream G450 aircraft. - Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft. - Conducting proper pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual. - Complete check of weather and facilities along the route and airports, including alternates. - Ensure flights are conducted in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. - Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew. - Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures. Qualifications: - Total time: 3,000 hours - PIC: 1,500 hours - Multi-Engine Land: 1,500 hours - Multi-Engine Land PIC: 500 hours - Turbo Jet time: 500 hours - Instrument: 250 hours - Type rated on Gulfstream G450 or comparable aircraft - First class medical required - Must be able to work on an on-call basis - Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually - Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KSBA or willing to relocate
