Job description

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company and subsidiary of NetJets, is seeking qualified candidates for a Pilot in Command (PIC) position on a Global 7500 aircraft based at Teterboro, NJ. This is a 5-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician flying Part 91 and 135 (internal), with approximately 450 hours per year and up to 80% international flying. The PIC holds final responsibility for ensuring the aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner, complying with all company and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include flight planning, performance and weight/balance tasks, pre-flight tasks, passenger briefings, crew resource management, and maintaining proficiency and compliance. Requirements: - FAA Type rating in Global 7500 or similar aircraft size/type - Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred - Well qualified candidates are typed and current in the GL7500 or have experience flying similar aircraft size with international experience - Total flight time: 3,500 hours - Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours - Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours - PIC MEL: 500 hours - Instrument: 300 hours - Jet: 500 hours - Preferred candidates live within two hours of TEB; commuting is permitted for those residing within one hour of a major airport in the eastern U.S.

Compensation and Benefits

$370,000 – $390,000 per year (USD)
