Job description

Medway Air Ambulance (MedHealth Partners) is one of the nation's leading providers of fixed wing air ambulance services. We are seeking a Learjet SIC (Second in Command / First Officer) based in Scottsdale, AZ, on a home-based 8 ON / 6 OFF schedule. Qualifications: - 1,000 hours total flight time experience - 100 hours turbine or multi-engine aircraft preferred - Part 135 experience or Flight Instructor experience preferred but not required - Learjet or similar aircraft experience preferred - Must be able to work varying duty slots including day and night, weekdays, weekends and holidays - Must be extremely flexible and demonstrate the ability to adjust to rapid changes - Must be able to maintain professional appearance - Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs Requirements: - Valid state driver's license - Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate - Valid passport; able to travel internationally without restrictions - Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction - Commercial, Instrument, and MEL ratings - Must be able to pass TSA required background screening and obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges - Valid FCC Radio Operator Permit Compensation: - Per Diem Meal Allowances - Cell Phone Reimbursement Allowance - Retention Bonus (paid out after 1 year) - Company Paid PIC type rating at FSI or CAE - 12-month initial training contract - Paid off day training & FAA Medical Reimbursement Benefits: - Company paid Known Crew Member Badge - Group healthcare insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) - Matching 401(k) - Paid vacation days and sick days - Holiday pay for flying on any of the 7 major U.S. holidays - Day Off bonus for flying on hard days off

  • Must have a valid State driver's license
  • FCC Radio Operator Permit
  • Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction
  • Must be able to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening and obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
  • All required documents must be uploaded with the application
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ LBS
  • Home-based, 8 days on / 6 days off
