Job description

Aero is seeking a Captain (PIC) for EMB operations based at Teterboro, NJ. The role involves providing safe and reliable premium air travel, handling a wide variety of situations, working independently and as part of a team, ensuring safety and comfort of customers, providing leadership in emergency and non-emergency situations, and working in climates and locations across the globe with variable shifts. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and quick, accurate decision making - Close attention to detail - ATP License (Current Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot rating, multi-engine) - 1 year 135/121 experience - Valid FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit - Valid First Class Medical Certificate - Must have the right to work in the United States - Valid passport and documentation allowing for entry into the United States after international flights - Ability to work varying hours including weekends and holidays - Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs security badges - Must pass TSA criminal background checks and DOT drug screening - Ability to learn and work with PEDs - DOT safety-sensitive position subject to pre-employment drug testing

Additional requirements

  • 1 year of Part 135/121 experience required
  • Must have the right to work in the United States
  • Valid passport and documentation allowing entry into the United States after an international flight
  • Valid FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs security badges
  • Must pass TSA criminal background checks and DOT drug screening

Compensation and Benefits

$120,000 – $138,000 per year (USD)

Medical insurancePer diem
  • Pay range: $120,000-$138,000 for the first year, with annual anniversary increases
  • Monthly travel stipend: $800
  • Monthly wellness stipend: $200
  • Per diem: $25 single turn, $35 two or more turns, $50 overnights, $45 training
