PHI Health is seeking a VFR Pilot (Captain) based in Mt. Pleasant, TX. PHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States, transporting more than 22,000 patients per year from over 80 bases nationwide. Job Summary: - PHI Air Medical (operating under CAMTS guidelines) - Aircraft: Bell 407 (BH407) VFR/NVG - 24-hour operations (day/night rotation) - Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off - Instrument rating required - Off-Duty Housing available - If successful applicant requires aircraft transition: 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA - Relocation package available (if utilized: 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA) Requirements: - Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings - First Class Medical - CAMTS Requirements: - 2,000 total flight hours - 1,500 hours helicopter - 1,000 hours PIC helicopters - 500 hours turbine helicopters - 100 hours unaided night operations OR 50 hours unaided + 100 hours NVG - Must meet company flight personnel weight restriction policy (235 lbs or less) - Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (lift 100 lbs), drug screening, and background check - Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management - Strong communication and customer service skills Responsibilities: - Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM - Participate in community outreach programs - Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns - Assist in loading and unloading of patients and equipment - Work with internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service Compensation: - Sign-On Bonus up to $100,000 - Competitive pay, shift bonuses, shift incentives, Annual Safety Bonus, Annual Employee Bonus

- Must meet and maintain the company's flight personnel weight restriction policy (individual weight 235 lbs or less)
- Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (lift 100 pounds), drug screening and background screen
- Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management
- If aircraft transition is required, 1 year minimum service requirement per CBA
- If relocation package is utilized, 2 year minimum service requirement per CBA
