Job description

Frontier Airlines Pilot Cadet Program offers a direct pathway to becoming a First Officer at Frontier Airlines. No prior flying experience is required. Flight training is completed at over 70 ATP Flight School locations nationwide. The program takes as little as 24 months to complete. Qualifications: - If you hold a private pilot certificate, you are eligible to enroll by transferring to an ATP Flight School location - If attending a non-ATP Flight School, you can apply when you hold a commercial certificate - First Class Medical Certificate (FAA) - Vision corrected to 20/20 - Valid passport, without restriction, to travel in and out of the U.S. - Valid driver's license - Ability and willingness to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays - Ability to communicate in English - Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum age of 19 - Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Program Benefits: - Monthly stipend of $500 until 750 flight hours, then $1,000/month for the remainder of the 24 months - Financial aid financing packages available - Select travel benefits on Frontier Airlines during the program - Cadet program mentors assigned for the duration of training - Ongoing virtual town halls with Frontier Flight Operations leadership - Direct pathway to First Officer role at Frontier Airlines upon successful completion Note: This application is for cadets who have already applied and been accepted into the program.
