Etihad Airways is recruiting First Officers for Airbus Wide Body operations, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. ROLE OVERVIEW: As a First Officer, you will support the Captain in ensuring safe, secure, and efficient operation of every flight. Responsibilities include flight preparation, navigation, compliance with operating procedures, terrain/weather monitoring, and assuming command in the event of Captain incapacitation. ELIGIBILITY - must meet EITHER Criteria A OR Criteria B, plus General Eligibility: Criteria A: - Minimum 2,500 hours total flying time - Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA (FMS coupled to APFDS) - Minimum 1,000 hours on any Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing Wide Body aircraft Criteria B: - Minimum 3,000 hours total flying time - Minimum 2,000 hours on any Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing Wide Body aircraft General Eligibility (all candidates): - Flown any Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing Wide Body aircraft within the last 12 months - Type rating on any Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing Wide Body aircraft, valid for at least 2 more months at time of joining - Unrestricted ATPL or valid frozen ATPL issued by an ICAO member state - Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical - Must not have attained age 50 on day of joining - ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or better

Additional requirements

• Must have flown any Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing Wide Body aircraft within the last 12 months
• Holders of Frozen ATPL (CPL) must present ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Exam results and an integrated ATPL course completion certificate
• Type rating on any Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing Wide Body aircraft valid for at least 2 more months at the time of joining

Compensation and Benefits
