Job description
Lead Captain - Gulfstream 550 & Gulfstream 450 based in Burbank, CA. The Lead Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) for assigned flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and quality. Responsibilities include leadership, mentorship, crew development, pre-flight and post-flight inspections, filing flight plans, weather and route analysis, passenger briefings, trip documentation management, and representing Jet Aviation as a Brand Ambassador. Requirements: - Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATPL) - FAA First Class Medical - Five years aviation experience - 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time - 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command - 1,500 hours Multi-Engine - 500 hours Turbo-Jet - 500 hours Turbine - 100 hours Night - 75 hours Simulated Instrument - Valid driver's license with clean driving record - Fluent Mandarin and English required - High school diploma required (college degree preferred) - Ability to work a variable schedule - Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
