SAF Aerogroup (SAF/Starlite Group) is recruiting a HESLO Helicopter Pilot to strengthen its aerial work activity. The pilot will operate on firefighting missions (water bombing, winching if applicable, operations in degraded conditions) from Gironde to Turkey, as well as aerial work missions throughout France and internationally. Responsibilities include flight preparation and safe execution (weather analysis, aircraft performance, weight and balance, fuel planning), strict application of operational and regulatory procedures (EASA, local authorities), participation in operational briefings and debriefings, constant communication with ground teams, authorities and mission coordinators, contribution to operational risk management and internal reporting. Requirements: CPL(H) or ATPL(H) license, type rating adapted to the operated aircraft, significant firefighting experience, confirmed aerial work experience, HESLO 4 minimum required, operational English mandatory (Turkish language is an asset). Strong experience in demanding operational environments and international operations appreciated. Key competencies: technical mastery and precision flying, strong safety culture, risk analysis and anticipation, adaptability, teamwork and professionalism, rigor in SOP application.
