Captain - C550 (NTR)

Position: Fixed Wing Pilot (Pilot in Command) Location: Birmingham, AL Airframe: Cessna Citation 550 Bravo Schedule: 14 Days On / 14 Days Off (12-hour shifts, max 14 hours under Part 135) The Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for the safe conduct of flights in accordance with FAR Part 135. The PIC is the final authority in the operation of the aircraft and exercises Operational Control on the Tier 2 level. The PIC supervises the functions of any other assigned crew member during flight. Minimum Required Qualifications: - Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to Birmingham, AL. - Must have or be able to attain a CE-550B PIC type rating. - Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred. - Hold, or be eligible to hold, an unrestricted FAA ATP Certificate. - 3,000 Airplane Total Time Hours. - 500 Airplane Multi-Engine Land Hours. - 1,500 PIC Airplane Hours. - Must hold or be able to attain a First-Class Medical Certificate. - Must hold valid US Passport. - Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or higher. Responsibilities: - Complies with duties and responsibilities in AirMed International general operating manual. - Ensures aircraft is ready for mission in coordination with AirMed's global operations center. - Complies with all applicable FARs and OpSpecs. - Ensures pertinent flight operations information is disseminated through operational control structure. - Attends required meetings and training/check-flights outside of normal duty shift rotations. - Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Operations or Chief Pilot.

Compensation and Benefits

$121,455 – $138,806 per year (USD)

• Annual salary range: $121,455.26 - $138,806.01
• Annual scaled salary increases based on merit up to $171,704.39
• $15,000 sign-on bonus (must complete training and check ride)
• $40,000 retention bonus (6-month waiting period, 3-year program)
• Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance
