Job description

Transavia is looking for experienced Captains for its new base in Brussels, operating on the Boeing 737NG. From this year, Transavia is expanding with a new home base in Brussels, alongside Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Eindhoven. As Captain, you will be part of the team building this base from day one. You will fly on the Boeing 737NG, and in the coming years the fleet will transition to the Airbus A321neo (retraining will be provided). During the start-up phase of the Brussels base, you will work together with a team of approximately 60 pilots. You will fly to various destinations within Europe. Requirements: - Valid EASA ATPL - Valid ME/IR(A) PBN - Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate - Minimum ICAO ELP Level 5 at time of application (ELP Level 6 required before joining Transavia) - MCC certificate - Advanced UPRT certificate (if licence issued after 20-12-2021) - Valid Boeing 737NG type rating with a minimum of 1,000 (current) hours as Captain on type, of which 50 hours in the last 6 months - Minimum 3,500 total flight hours on multi-engine aircraft - Ability to swim one full lap without assistance (required for wet drill participation) - Valid EU passport

  • Starting salary: €11,220 gross per month
  • Additional block hour allowance: €39 gross per block hour (up to 100+ hours per month)
