Job description

Triton Airways operates KA 200, XL/XLS+, and Citation Latitude airframes. This is a general pilot application for Captain (PIC) positions offered in either a Home Based 15/13 schedule or Lexington Based 8/6 schedule. Job Description for PIC: Operates company-owned and managed aircraft in flight. Flight crew members are responsible for professionally delivering private club level service and must be committed to providing a seamless safe, comfortable, and convenient experience. Coordinates with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct aircraft discrepancies. Must possess airline transport license with multi-engine and instrument ratings, pass Class 1 physical examination, FAA examinations, and flight proficiency tests. Duties and Responsibilities: - Operates company-owned aircraft in flight and ensures the safety, comfort, and convenience of all passengers. - Coordinates with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct aircraft discrepancies. - Determines flight routes, speed, and take-off and landing times to fulfill scheduling requirements. - Must stay current with federal and local flight regulations. - Operates in accordance with domestic and international regulations, FAA approved company procedures, industry best practices, and the highest level of aviation safety standards. - Must be capable of taking full control of aircraft while in flight and establish and exercise command authority. - Inspects aircraft for safety, fuel, oil and water before departure. - Maintains accurate records and logs. - Ensures compliance with pilot warranty requirements. Requirements: - Must possess airline transport license with multi-engine and instrument ratings. - Type Rating for one of the company airframes: King Air 200/300/350, XL/XLS+, or Citation Latitude. - Recent experience flying one of the company airframes (in the last 24 months). - US Citizen. - Valid driver's license. - 3,000 hours total flight time. - 1,500 hours multi-engine flight time. - 1,500 hours Pilot in Command time. - 500 hours turbine engine flight time (PT6 series preferred). - Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate. - Pass all FAA examinations and flight proficiency tests. - No incidents, accidents, or FAA actions/suspensions.
