Job description

The Pilot (First Officer) is responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience with an exemplary safety record. Responsibilities include safe operation of the aircraft per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and company manuals; greeting owners/passengers, providing safety briefings and weather updates; delivering in-flight service including catering and alcohol handling; loading and stowing baggage; communicating maintenance abnormalities to Maintenance Control Center; and acting as liaison for owners/passengers. Requirements: FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet requirements for FAA ATP or R-ATP certificate with multi-engine rating; 1,000-1,500 hours total flight time depending on qualification path; 200 hours cross-country flight time; 250 hours fixed-wing PIC; 100 hours night flying (or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings); 75 hours instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight); 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine time; Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate; FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit; valid US passport with unrestricted international travel; valid state driver's license; ability to work varying hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; duty may last up to 14 hours per day for up to 8 days; must pass TSA background screening.

  • High School education
  • ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
  • Valid United States passport; able to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Valid State driver's license
  • Must pass Transportation Security Administration background screening and secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
  • Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Must be able to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke
  • Region-based (South Region); multiple US locations
