Lufttransport is seeking a new Head of Crew Training (NPCT) who will also serve as an operational pilot. This is a combined role as NPCT and operational pilot, forming part of the company's overall management structure in accordance with EASA Part-ORO (AOC/GEN). Responsibilities: - Lead and develop Lufttransport's training and competency management for pilots and other crew members. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including EASA Part-ORO, AOC, and internal management systems. - Further develop training concepts for various operations (offshore, SAR, special operations). - Follow up on instructors, TRE/TRI functions, and ensure a high degree of standardization. - Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the company's safety and quality systems. - Collaborate closely with NP Flight Ops, Safety, CAMO, and other parts of the organization. - Actively participate in recruitment and professional development of flight crew. - Participate in operational duty as a pilot on relevant type, depending on qualifications and company needs. Requirements: - Valid ATPL(H) or CPL(H) with relevant operational experience. - Experience from offshore, SAR, or equivalent complex helicopter operations. - Experience from instruction, training, or standardization (TRI/TRE approval is a clear advantage). - In-depth understanding of EASA regulations, particularly Part-ORO (AOC/GEN). - Documented leadership experience or strong ability to drive professional and organizational development. - Very good communication skills, both written and spoken, in Norwegian/Scandinavian and English. - Avinor ID card required to work at the airport. - Approved background check by the Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet) required for access to security-controlled areas.
