AB Jets is expanding its flight crew with additional Learjet 60 First Officers (and Captains). This is a home-based position with no relocation required, operating out of 30+ approved bases across the USA. POSITION: First Officer (primary recruitment) and Captain. SCHEDULE: 16/12 schedule – Airline on Day 1 and Day 16; Known Days Off – 12 days including two consecutive weekends. Rotating Holidays. Structured Duty and rest program. ESTIMATED ANNUAL COMPENSATION: - First Officers (years 1–3): $113,000 – $123,000 - Captains (years 1–3): $183,000 – $202,000 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL FLIGHT CREW: - Valid Driver's License - Valid Unrestricted Passport - Ability to pass CANPASS - Must be able to work in the USA legally - Current FAA First Class Medical - FAA Instrument Rating - FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit - Airline Transport Pilot Certificate - Able to lift at least 75 lbs. - Must pass Company and TSA background checks - No accident, incident, or enforcement in the past 5 years - Able to work flexible hours - Pilots must live within 1:30 hours of approved bases MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRST OFFICERS: - 1,500 hours Total Flying Time - 1,000 hours Pilot-In-Command - 25 hours Multi-Engine - 75 hours Instrument Time MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CAPTAINS: - 3,500 hours Total - 2,000 hours PIC - 2,000 hours Turbine - 500 hours Jet PIC - 2,500 hours Multi-Engine - 300 hours Instrument Time PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Current & Type Rated in Learjet 60 – preferred but not required - Previous experience in corporate jet aircraft (Part 135/91)
