Captain - G600 (NTR)

Job description

Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company and subsidiary of NetJets, is seeking qualified candidates for a Gulfstream G600 aircraft based in Boca Raton, FL (KBCT). This is a two-pilot operation supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, operating exclusively under Part 91. Strong preference will be given to type-rated, local pilots. The Lead Pilot in Command (PIC) serves as a peer leader within the assigned flight department, with a strong emphasis on effective crew resource management, exceptional client service, and flight department administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and proactively communicate to address current or potential issues - Work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with all aircraft maintenance events - Complete flight department administration matters including supplies, subscriptions, and crew schedules - Ensure crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements - Complete flight planning, performance, weight and balance tasks - Utilize TPC briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks - Comply with company SOPs and act as Ground Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator - Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks and record discrepancies per company SOPs - Utilize CRM and TEM during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations - Provide quality service to owners and passengers Requirements: - FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate - FAA Type rating in applicable fleet (GVII type strongly preferred) - 4-6 years of experience - Prior experience in corporate/business aviation required - Total flight time: 3,500 hours - Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours - Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours - PIC MEL: 500 hours - Instrument: 300 hours - Jet: 500 hours
