Job description
PAL Aerospace is looking for a Pilot Training Manager to join the Air Ambulance team in St. John's, NL or Goose Bay, NL, operating the King Air 350. Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct Air Ambulance pilot training including ground school, simulator training, line indoctrination and line checks - Training schedule coordination - Accountable for the maintenance and development of Air Ambulance Standards and SOPs - Work closely with management team to establish training goals and objectives - Provide mentorship to team members - Oversight of Electronic Training Record (ETR) system, continual lesson plan and syllabus development - Liaison for NL Air Ambulance pilot training - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Must have experience on King Air 200 or King Air 350 - Valid ATPL - 2,500 hours total time - 500 multi-engine hours - 1,000 PIC hours - Instrument Rating - Multi-engine Rating - Ability to work in a cohesive team environment - Experience in a leadership or supervisory role would be considered an asset
