PHI Health is seeking skilled and dedicated IFR Pilots to join their elite helicopter air ambulance team in London, KY. Pilots will be at the forefront of life-saving missions, delivering critical care with speed, precision, and unwavering commitment under CAMTS guidelines. Position: Captain EC135 SPIFR/NVG Operations: Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA), 24-hour operations (day/night rotation) Schedule: 7&7 rotation Job Duties: - Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM - Participate in community outreach programs and adhere to PHI Air Medical policies - Assist in the loading and unloading of patients and equipment (lift up to 100 lbs) - Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns - Work with both internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service Requirements: - Qualified on the VE7A certificate - Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings (ATP required to be obtained within 12 months of job start) - First Class Medical - CAMTS Requirements: - 2,000 Total Flight Hours - 1,500 Hours Helicopter - 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters - 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters - 100 Hours in Unaided Night Operations OR 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours NVG - 100 Hours Instrument (Actual & Hood) - Must meet and maintain company flight personnel weight restriction policy (235 lbs or less) - Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam, drug screening, and background screen - Strong communication and customer service skills - Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management - Annual Flu Vaccine not required Notes: - If successful applicant requires aircraft transition: 1 year minimum service requirement - If relocation package is utilized: 2 year minimum service requirement

- Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management
