Job description

STA Jets is seeking a Bombardier Challenger CL-604 SIC (Second-in-Command) based at KSNA (John Wayne Airport, Costa Mesa, CA). Requirements: - Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land) - Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate - Must live within 1.5 hour drive of KSNA - 2,500 hours total pilot time - 1,000 hours fixed wing multi-engine PIC - 500 hours multi-engine total - 250 hours PIC in type (CL-604) Desired candidate profile: - Safety forward and follows best industry safety practices - Focused on exceeding passenger expectations - Embodies company culture and brand - Open and flexible to ever-changing flight schedules - Empowers and respects fellow team members - Strives for continuous improvement Benefits: - 401k with 100% company match up to 4% of salary - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - 100% company paid Loss of Medical Insurance (Disability pays 65% of annual income for 5 years) - Accrued two-week vacation time per year - 10 on 10 off schedule

Compensation and Benefits

$130,000 – $160,000 per year (USD)
