Cadet Pilot

Job description

Scoot is recruiting for its Cadet Pilot Program 2026. Cadets will undergo a customised co-funded training course at a preferred training college. Completion of the course equips successful candidates with a Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) or 'Frozen' ICAO ATPL. Upon graduation from the MPL Cadet Programme, cadets will undertake Scoot's base and line training to become a Second Officer / Junior First Officer. Essential Requirements: - Minimum 18 years old (as required by regulations in Air Navigation Order) - Legally entitled to work in Singapore upon completion of training - Min GCE 'O' level with at least 5 Credits at one sitting, including English, Mathematics, and a Science subject (preferably Physics) - Qualify for Class I & II unrestricted medical certification as approved by the Civil Aviation Medical Board (CAMB) - Good visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6; not colour blind - Willingness and commitment to serve a compulsory bond period (6 years after 18–24 months of training) Desirable Traits: - Uncompromising sense of safety - Keen learner with strong passion for aviation - Team player demonstrating composure, confidence and maturity - Strong sense of diligence and professionalism Training Period: Minimum 18–24 months of consecutive training with no disruptions. Training Bond: 6 years after the training period (co-funded program).

Additional requirements
