Job description
Lead Captain - Gulfstream 650 based in Teterboro, New Jersey. The Lead Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) for assigned flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and quality. Responsibilities include leadership, mentorship, crew development, pre-flight and post-flight inspections, filing flight plans, weather and route analysis, passenger briefings, trip documentation management, maintaining aircraft manuals, assisting in crew hiring, and representing Jet Aviation professionally. Requirements: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATPL), FAA First Class Medical, five years aviation experience, 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, 1,500 hours as PIC, 1,500 hours multi-engine, 500 hours turbo-jet, 500 hours turbine, 100 hours night, 75 hours simulated instrument. High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to work a variable schedule and willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
