Pay and benefits Here's a taste of the incredible rewards that await as an Emirates First Officer. Based on employee, spouse and 2 eligible children. - Annual pay & benefits: AED 900,000 / USD 245,000 - Annual take home cash: AED 385,000 / USD 105,000 (annualised basic salary & flying pay) - Monthly take home cash: AED 32,100 / USD 8,750 (monthly basic & 85 hrs flying pay) Total package - Enhanced: To qualify for the enhanced package, you must have a minimum of 4,000 hours total flying time on >20T Jet (excluding P3 and rotary) at the time of assessment. Minimum of 2000 hours on fixed wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with MTOW of >50T Jet. Hold an ELP 5 or higher. - Annual pay & benefits: AED 935,000 / USD 255,000 - Annual take home cash: AED 415,000 / USD 115,000 (annualised basic salary & flying pay) - Monthly take home cash: AED 34,600 / USD 9,600 (monthly basic & 85 hrs flying pay)

Additional requirements

• Aircraft: current Boeing or Airbus FBW experience.
• Recency: minimum 150 hours in the past 12 months on type.
• Valid ICAO ATPL with unrestricted class 1 medical.
• Enhanced pay package requires a minimum of 4,000 hours total flying time on >20T Jet (excluding P3 and rotary) at the time of assessment, a minimum of 2,000 hours on fixed wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with MTOW of >50T Jet, and ELP 5 or higher.

Compensation and Benefits

$105,000 – $115,000 per year (USD)
