Job description
Coast Flight Training is a fast-growing destination flight school operating under FAA Part 61 and Part 141 regulations. We are always seeking self-motivated, experienced flight instructors to drive our programs to success. In this role, you will provide flight, ground, and simulator instruction to students in a variety of aircraft, following Coast Flight's standardized training procedures. Base Requirements (Always Hiring positions): CFI/CFII, 300 hours total time, 3rd Class Medical. Base Requirements (2-Year positions): Must have 2 years CFI/CFII, MEI, 3rd Class Medical; experience working in a fast-paced training environment while maintaining safety as top priority. Preferred Experience: MEI (recommended), Cessna 172 G1000, Piper Seminole, 200 hours dual given. Salary: $25.00/hr (Always Hiring); $28.00–$30.00/hr experience-based (2-Year positions). Locations: San Diego, CA; San Marcos, TX; Dallas, TX.
