Job description
Northern Jet is seeking experienced Second-in-Command (SIC) pilots to support operations across the Challenger 300/350 fleet. Pilots will receive a CL-30 type rating, followed by differences training to operate both the Challenger 300 and Challenger 350 aircraft. This role provides the opportunity to fly a diverse mix of Part 91 and Part 135 missions while operating premium super-midsize and large-cabin aircraft within a growing private aviation operation. Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off. Home-based — must reside east of Texas. Approximately 450+ hours annually. SIC Minimum Qualifications: - 1,500 Total Time+ - 200+ Jet Time - Current 1st Class Medical - Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License Other Requirements: - No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years. - Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. - Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills. - Maintain an impeccable professional appearance at all times. - Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Successfully pass a drug screening test. - Clear a comprehensive background check. - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits
$86,250 – $105,000 per year (USD)
