Job description

Seeking a qualified and safety-conscious Second in Command (SIC) to support flight operations under 14 CFR Part 135 on a Gulfstream G280. The SIC will assist the Pilot in Command in all aspects of flight preparation and execution, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures. Responsibilities include pre-flight planning, pre-flight inspections, monitoring aircraft systems and performance during flight, maintaining situational awareness, assisting in navigational duties and radio communications, adhering to FAA Part 135 regulations and company SOPs, and post-flight documentation. Requirements: FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating, current Second-Class Medical Certificate (First-Class preferred), 1500 hours total time, 500 hours multi-engine time. Must pass background check, company training, and pre-employment drug screening. Must reside or be willing to relocate to Colorado. G280 Type Rating preferred but not required. Previous Part 135 experience preferred.

Additional requirements

  • Must pass background check, company training and pre-employment drug screening in compliance with the DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program under 14 CFR Part 120 & 49 CFR Part 40
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Colorado
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits

$110,000 – $130,000 per year (USD)
