PHI Health is seeking a VFR Pilot based in Wills Point, TX. PHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States, transporting more than 22,000 patients each year from more than 80 bases across the country. Aircraft: Bell 407 (BH407) VFR/NVG Operations: 24-hour operations (day/night rotation) Schedule: 7&7 rotation Job Duties: - Perform line pilot duties in accordance with General Operations Manual (GOM) - Participate in community outreach programs and adhere to PHI Air Medical policies - Assist in loading and unloading of patients and equipment (lift up to 100 lbs) - Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns - Work with internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service Requirements: - Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings - First Class Medical Certificate - CAMTS Requirements: 2,000 Total Flight Hours / 1,500 Hours Helicopter / 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters / 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters / 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations OR 50 Hours Unaided Night + 100 Hours NVG - Must meet company flight personnel weight restriction policy (235 lbs or less) - Strong communication and customer service skills - Must pass pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam, drug screening, and background check - Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management Service Requirements: - If aircraft transition required: 1 year minimum service requirement per CBA - If relocation package utilized: 2 year minimum service requirement per CBA - Must reside within 1-hour commute of the base Compensation: - Sign-On Bonus up to $50,000 - Competitive pay, shift bonuses, shift incentives, Annual Safety Bonus, Annual Employee Bonus - Relocation package available

- Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (lift 100 pounds), drug screening and background screen

- 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA if relocation package is utilized
