FY2027 Intake — Flight Crew Career Track (Company-Sponsored Cadet Pilot) Recruitment Details Position Flight crew career track (company-sponsored cadet pilot). Who may apply Those who, as at the end of March 2027, have graduated or completed, or are expected to graduate or complete, a four-year university, graduate school, junior college or college of technology. Main eligibility conditions - Vision: corrected visual acuity of 0.7 or better in each eye; the refractive power of lenses able to correct vision to 0.7 in each eye and 1.0 in both eyes must be within -6.0 to +5.0 dioptres. - English: English ability of approximately TOEIC 750 or above. - Age: no age limit. - Pilot qualifications: you must not hold a pilot qualification (a private pilot license for gliders is excepted). Salary (FY2026 actual) - Graduate school graduates: monthly salary 249,000 yen - University graduates: monthly salary 244,000 yen Employment type and period Long-term employee (permanent employee), with no fixed term. Place of work Haneda, Narita, Chubu Centrair, Itami, Kansai, Kobe and Fukuoka airports. Date of joining April 2027 or later, at a time designated by the company. Outline of training - Training in other job categories (approximately 1 year) - Basic training (obtaining the Commercial Pilot Licence and other qualifications) - First officer appointment training Selection process For those who have passed FCAT, document screening, a first interview and a final interview are conducted. Application Applicants who passed FCAT from December 2025 onwards will be contacted directly. Full entry to ANA Wings is possible from 1 March until the end of the FCAT selection process.

Additional requirements

  • Graduated or completed, or expected to graduate or complete, a four-year university, graduate school, junior college or college of technology as at the end of March 2027.
  • Corrected visual acuity 0.7 or better in each eye; correcting-lens refractive power within -6.0 to +5.0 dioptres.
  • English ability of approximately TOEIC 750 or above.
  • Must have passed FCAT (the ANA Group common pilot aptitude test).
  • Other bases: Narita, Chubu Centrair, Itami, Kansai, Kobe and Fukuoka airports.

Compensation and Benefits

$18,544 – $18,924 per year (USD)
