The First Officer will be responsible for supporting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of aircraft. Requirements: - Must hold a valid FAA Licence - Must have the unrestricted right to work and live in the UK - Excellent non-technical skills, as the role involves working closely with clients and team members - Ability to work well under pressure - Flexible schedule (operations are 24/7) - Excellent leadership and teamwork skills - Strong decision making - Effective workload management - Highest professional standards, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
